This weeks episode is all about Goal Setting and how this improves your focus and can then lead to happiness. Goals are focused on the future, what you want to achieve and they are helped by setting intentions, which will be covered on next weeks show.
Cheryl talks about accountability and how this improves your chances of achieving your goal. They then go on to talk about self-sabotage and why we stop our goals from being achieved. They talk about fear of success, procrastination, prioritising instant gratification, maintaining harmful relationships and how this can prevent you from achieving your goals.
Cheryl then goes on to talk about how you discover what you want your goals to be, your life's purpose (Dharma). She explains how she was struggling with lockdown in the UK due to Covid-19 and as the gyms were closed she was looking for a purpose.
