This week Lucy and Cheryl discuss Finding Your Life Purpose and how living your purpose can bring you happiness.
They start off discussing the book Ikigai, the Japanese secret to a long and happy life by Hector Garcia & Francesc Miralles and how having a purpose in life can make you live longer and gives you a reason to wake up everyday.
Lucy describes an NLP exercise which you can use to discover your life purpose.
Lucy and Cheryl discuss how you feel when you don't live in alignment with your life purpose and explain how our identity blueprint and limiting beliefs relate to our life purpose.
They discuss different types of life purposes and it being not just about doing something to earn money. If you can earn money from your passions then you'll never work a day in your life however it could be that your purpose is to provide inspiration to others via service or hobbies.
Lucy and Cheryl would highly recommend asking yourself what your purpose is as they believe you have all the answers already within yourself. Look back over past experiences at take note of when you were really happy and what you were doing that made you happy.
Over the years people may have told you that you're really good at something, have you listened...this may be your life purpose!
Lucy and Cheryl recommend trying meditation or if you find yourself overthinking then try journaling. To stop yourself overthinking ask yourself can I control this? If yes decide the action you will take and if no accept that you have no control over it and cannot influence the outcome.

This week Melissa Kitto joins Lucy and Cheryl to discuss Communicating with Angels.
Melissa is an experienced spiritual coach, certified through the Wayshowers College, she guides people to raise their awareness, heal themselves and align with their unique life purpose. She has been working with her inner guidance since age 12 and enabling others to do the same for over 20 years.
Melissa believes that everybody is psychic and can develop these skills, once they have dealt with beliefs and thoughts that are holding themself back.
Melissa teaches people how to be more present to be able to connect with their guides through Intuition, Vision, Prophecy and Feeling. We all have these gifts but have them in different orders which Melissa helps her clients establish and develop.
Melissa says we all have a personal team of Angels and Spirit Guides that are here to help us that she sees as energy.
She encourages people to get to know their team by developing a relationship with them and listen to what they are saying as they have your best interests in mind.
Melissa suggests trying the spiritual cleansing technique and asking your guides for a word of the day every morning and in the evening reflecting back to see if that word had meaning for you that day.
We both love connecting with our guides and listening to our intuition and would encourage you all to give it a try.

This week Lucy and Cheryl talk about connecting with Spirit Guides, Angels, lost loved ones and the Universe.
We discuss how confusing it can be when you first start trying to communicate and how it's easy to get confused with whether it's a guide talking to you, your intuition telling you something or fear and self-sabotage holding you back.
Guides are there to support you and won't say negative things to you (that will be coming from your subconscious mind) and often if you ask a question you will get the answer before you've finished asking, it if it's coming from a guide or intuition.
Cheryl tells us how she has mainly connected with animals when trying to connect with Spirit Guides which is quite common.
Lucy explains how she has a conversation with her spirit guides with guided meditation or binaural beats and the Jose Silva 3,2,1 method.
What is the Jose Silva Method?
Your brain functions on a small amount of electricity, much like a computer. This electrical current vibrates, pulses, at various speeds. When you are wide awake your brain vibrates 20 times per second—what scientists call the Beta frequency.
When you go to sleep, your brain frequency slows down, all the way to about half a cycle per second in the deepest levels of natural sleep. This is known as the Delta level.
In between Beta, the waking state, and Delta the deep sleep state, there are two other levels of mental activity.
When you're in a light level of sleep or in meditation you are in the Alpha range, which is 7 to 14 cycles per second.
Going to the alpha level or centering is the same as meditating. When someone meditates, scientifically, they are simply reducing their brain wave frequency to alpha. The Alpha level is the level we use to activate our minds.
Theta is a level of deeper relaxation or sleep, when your brain waves are at 4 to 7 cycles per second.
Going to Alpha is good for programming your mind. At the alpha level you can learn to overcome all kinds of problems, such as insomnia, tension and migraine headaches, bad habits, and much more. You can also program your mind to help you achieve your goals and make your dreams come true.
Cheryl talks about free writing and Lucy explains how she has done this before by using the Jose Silva method and how it can be used to get advice on next steps to take.
Cheryl has been struggling with meditation recently, so we discuss walking meditations and the best way we like to meditate.
Lucy tells us about a Guided Meditation she's done to meet Archangel Michael which she loved, she did one by Pura Rasa which you can find on Youtube.

This week Dr Q Moayad joins Lucy and Cheryl to discuss Indian Palm Leaf Reading and Nadi Astrology.
Growing up with a Persian Bahá’í father and an Austrian Catholic mother in the Middle East, Dr Q and his family had to flee Iran, aged 8 after the revolution broke out. They settled in Vienna, but years later at the age of 16 Dr Q was diagnosed with Cancer (which he thinks was linked to Chernobyl) and was in and out of hospital for 3 years. He was the sole survivor of the ward he was on.
This started Dr Q’s journey in to Spirituality and he’s travelled the world discovering all different types of Spirituality. He’s shared his experiences with a lot of people but the one that most people were interested in doing for themselves is Indian Palm Leaf Reading.
Years after his battle with Cancer Dr Q found himself back in the same hospital battling an infection that could have killed him and following this he had his own Indian Palm Leaf Reading where he was told he would bring it to the West!
We loved meeting Dr Q, it’s clear to see he is passionate about what he does, is coming from a heart-centered place and wants to help as many people as he can by making Indian Palm Leaf Reading available to people in the West that may not have heard of it or won’t be going to India any time soon.
So what is Indian Palm Leaf Reading?
Nadi or Indian Palm Leaf Astrology is a form of Hindu astrology practiced in Tamil Nadu. It is based on the belief that the past, present and future lives of many humans were foreseen by Hindu sages and recorded on Palm Leaves in ancient times (Palm Leaf Prophecies).
About 3,000 years ago there were many great sages, the Maharishis of India had the ability to see the future lives of millions of people and wrote these visions on dried Palm Leaves – one for each person’s life they foresaw.
Which means there could be a palm leaf, in a library in India, all about you and it could help you discover more about finding the right partner, career and your life’s purpose. It can also help you overcome Karma blocks, obstacles and potential health issues and ultimately Find Your Happy!
The Indian Palm Leaf Process is broken down in to 3 parts; searching, matching & readings and if you have any obstacles to overcome, you’ll be given a pooja that can help you unblock yourself and may help remove the obstacles.
Dr Q explains the Pooja’s he completed as part of his reading and how they left a positive impact on him and how this has lead to him performing random acts of kindness for strangers.
