In this episode we explore meditation and we explain why we started meditating and the positive impact it can have on your life.
There are so many types of meditation; mindfulness meditation, spiritual meditation, focused meditation, body scans, guided meditation to name just a few. We both love meditation and find it can be used with other trends for example manifestation, affirmations, regression, resolving past conflicts, forgiveness and gratitude.
We'd recommend giving it a try and not worrying if your mind wonders at first as this is normal! You know meditation has worked when you are sad that it's over.
We get that everyone has busy lives and may struggle to fit it in but you can get meditations online for as short as 5 minutes and trust us 5 minutes a day can make a big difference to your life. We'd recommend setting your alarm a bit earlier and starting your day with a meditation.

As with all of this stuff though it's about finding what works for you and if your form of meditation is running for example then you do you! As long as you are taking time to connect with yourself every day you will reap the benefits.
