Todays episode is real, raw, completely unorganised. I cry. I tell secrets that I have never shared before. I talk about my drug use, violence and even when I was arrested. The truth is, I have been faced with many ‘life challenges’ over the last month. You know the good old saying “when it rains, it pours”?, Yep – that was my life. It seemed as though nothing was working despite my efforts, everything was going ‘wrong’ and I just caved in. I asked a family member to take care of my daughter for the night, packed my overnight bags, told my close friends and family that I wanted to quit my job and checked myself into a hotel room by the sea side. I felt like a fraud, I felt guilt, I felt that I was running away from life. The following 24 hours the universe delivered to me in so many ways, it literally flipped everything 180 degrees and now I am here, recording the most real and raw podcast for you. What happened?
