Warning,
This episode contains incredibly detailed events that can cause an extreme emotional reaction. Listen with caution and as always if you find yourself reacting to the events described please call your fellow first responders. Remember, you are not alone in this.
Welcome to,
From the floor,
Today you will meet Serge Langlois. In this episode he talks about his experience in the military, how joining a rural Fire station helped him with PTSD, his opinions on leadership, training, Family, and since being retired as an active member of the fire service, how he misses it when he hears the trucks responding to calls.
Not only is Serge a well-respected member of the fire community, is also a viewed by many as a hero for his service to our country…. I’m sure he when he hears this intro, he will disagree with the hero part. He is humble, loyal, honourable, and Both Brandon and I are proud to call him our friend.
Lets get to the floor…
