I go over hoe difficult it is to incorporate training in nutrition into your lifestyle as it is and how I think you should slowly step into both. Pick one either nutrition or training and do the least amount of lifestyle change to make it super easy to incorporate into your routine. Surround yourself with people who support and keep you accountable to change yourself and better your health.
