هاي الحلقة رح تكون مختلفة. اليوم رح احكي لحالي عن موضوع كنت عم فكر فيه كثير وبدي أكون صريحة معكن عن رحلتي في اللغة العربية

This episode is going to be different. Today I will speak on my own about a topic I was thinking a lot about and I want to be honest with you all about my Arabic language journey.

 مؤخرا   حسيت انه ما بتحسن 

Recently I have felt that I am not improving.

كان بدي نصيحة بس شفت فيديوهات على اليوتيوب عن كيف اشخاص تعلموا اللغة العربية بسرعة. ممكن بسنة 

 I wanted advice but I saw videos on YouTube on how people have learnt Arabic quickly e.g. in a year.

  بعدين حسيت إني كثير متضايقة.. وما كان عندي حافز

 After that I felt upset, and I did not have motivation.

فكرت ليش انا مش زيهم.. هم شاطرين. انا كثير بطيئة ... لسا بعمل أغلاط وما بحكي بطلاقة..

I thought why am I not like them... they are so smart. I am so slow; I still make mistakes and do not speak Arabic fluently.

  بس هدا التفكير مش منيح او مش صح او مش مفيد، بالمرة.

But thinking like this is not good or true or useful at all!

  وكثير مهم ما نقارن حالنا مع الناس التانيين ... مش مهم قديش وقت بناخد عشان نتعلم اللغة العربية ...

It is very important we do not compare ourselves to other people. It does not matter how long it takes us to learn the Arabic language

  مش مشكلة ازا بناخد خمس شهور او خمس سنين ... بس لاز  نتذكر ليش بلشنا نتعلّم اللغة العربية..

It is not a problem if we take five months or five years. We need to remember why we started learning the Arabic language

   كثير مهم ناخد خطوات صغيرة.

It’s very important we take small steps. 

 . حتى لو بنتعلّم كلمة وحدة كل يوم... بنتقدم ...  لازم نكون فخورين بحالنا. التقدم البطيء أحسن من ولا اشي. مش لازم نستسلم!  

Even if we learn one word a day, we are progressing and we should be proud of ourselves. Slow progress is better than nothing at all!  We should not give up!

بصراحة كثير خطوات صغيرة كتيرة رح تساعدنا ننجح بسرعة

Honestly, lots of small steps will help us to become successful quickly.

  وكمان ازا بنلاقي حالنا بهذا المكان وبنفكر في اشي سلبي، لازم نسأل حالنا، هذا مفيد؟

And if we find ourselves in this position or you think something negative, ask yourself, is this useful?

  هدول كلمات بسيطة وقوية، ومعظم الوقت الجواب على هذا السؤال هو لا و بعدين رح نحس حالنا احسن... 

These two words are simple but powerful. Most of the time, the answer to this question is no and you will feel a lot better afterwards.

  و أحيانا ازا بنحس هيك . هذا طبيعي ... بس بشكل عام ازا عندكم افكار سلبية ....   جربوا هاي الطريقة... 

And if we feel like this sometimes, its normal. Generally, if you have any negative thoughts, try this technique, and ask yourself is this useful?

 اوك .. كنت بدي احكيلكم شو حكيت مع حالي . حطيت النص باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية 

  .. ان شالله رح تستفيدوا من هي الحلقة . بشوفكن المرة الجاي .  مع السلامة
