The Limbic part of our brain that processes emotion often drives our decision-making, for better or worse. In this talk, we cover how to approach communication differently, to *attract others who already share our existing beliefs. In doing this, we surround ourselves with people who share a similar "Why", or an underlying drive that influences our behavior.
