We have something a little different for you this week. On New Year’s Day 2011, an estimated 4,000 to 5,000 red-winged blackbirds fell from the sky in Beebe, Arkansas. There was no shortage of theories as to what caused this troubling event. Officials claim it was due to blunt force trauma via fireworks…..but perhaps it was something more! We say that because just days prior 83,000 fish showed up dead in a nearby body of water. Stranger yet, on NYE of the following year, the SAME thing happened!!
