This week Amy and Randy are on the show. This is a father daughter team that share a love of the high wheel bicycle, also known as the penny farthing. I am sure you have seen these bikes at some point, whether it was in a parade or some sort of historical event. The high wheeler was popular in the late 1800’s and both Amy and Randy have vintage bikes that they used to ride some epic adventures together. Most recently they biked from Michigan to Key West, averaging about 60 miles a day on their high wheelers. Today they are going to share their adventure. Enjoy!
