Ever wonder what the RAGBRAI staff does all year long? Or how many of them work to make RAGBRAI fun and safe for all of us? Wonder no more! The RAGBRAI staff were all together recently (minus Erin!) for a staff summit to discuss RAGBRAI 2024, and make plans for RAGBRAI 2025!! While everyone was gathered, Murph and AP took some time to ask everyone what they do, along with some of their RAGBRAI experiences. A shoutout and thank you to Matt, Anne, Kara, Laura, Kim, Cory, and Erica for stepping up to the microphone!!

Bob Libby is back to talk about Care Ambulance and what they do during RAGBRAI! Bob is the CEO of Care Ambulance LLC and he has a team of the men and women who drive the route each year in ambulances and motos, rendering aid to cyclists who need it.

Bob is going to talk about what it is like to be on route with all of us cyclists and share some interesting stats. He also gives us some great Ride Right tips!

Murph caught up with more RAGBRAI LI riders to hear about their week biking across Iowa. This is the fourth and final episode in a series of great interviews with riders from all over the country.

On this episode we have Drew from Connecticut who talks about what RAGBRAI means to him and how much fun he had turning strangers into friends. Next is Kisha and Dan from Illinois. They decided for their first RAGBRAI they would be completely self contained and self supported so everything they needed was on the bike all week. Then we hear from Babbu who lives in Iowa City and jumped on the route for the last day. They were a crew of 9 riders including her 13 year old triplets and her husband who was a national cyclist in India. And finally we have Tiffani and Ali from Idaho. They are from Team Jedi Mustard and they have a fun story about that team name. They are also podcasters! They have a podcast called Frank and Honest and it is about cultivating happiness.

On this episode meet Sarah, Patrick, Frederick, and Megan! Sarah has an awesome story. She came from DC as a solo rider and a few mishaps turned into an amazing week of making forever friends.

Murph caught up with some RAGBRAI LI riders to hear how their week went, biking across the state. Today is the first episode in a series of great interviews with riders from all over the country, each with a unique and interesting short story.
