Welcome to the new year! Unless you are brand new in practice , you have the luxury of looking back at all of last year in your practice. That information, the statistics of the practice, tell you exactly how you did - and more importantly leaves clues of what you can do even better this year. Any good practice coach will tell you , the practice statistics don’t lie. You can make excuses, but with the year now over - you did what you did and the results are the results.  As a business owner, you have a responsibility to look back,  evaluate, and make course corrections for your practice. I know  the proper  course corrections will propel you towards your best year ever in practice.  This best year ever philosophy is anchored with one question.  The question is, are you willing to look in the mirror and change from what you did last year?
