WTF is inner child work...and why does it matter?

There's a lot of confusion around the term 'inner child'. It can seem 'woo woo', weird, mysterious, or intimidating to consider that you have a little kid inside of you somewhere!

Add in things like 'healing' or 'work' and it gets even weirder!
