When Amanda joined BlueSprig in 2018, she had a major conviction: her title would include "Learning" .... NOT "Training". Because training is done TO people, as a one-off event, with the focus on the trainer. Learning, on the other hand, is an evolution and accumulation of knowledge, focused on the learner.
