This one is a bit longer than usual because Richard has his fingers in so many pies in the Hong Kong trail running world! He's a filmmaker and broadcaster as well as a runner: he has been on both sides of the camera at HK4TUC, being one of the contributors to the Four Trails movie in 2021, then a runner and finisher in 2023. More recently, he has been a reporter at the WMTRC, in between finishing two 100-mile races within two months of each other, the UTMB and the Diagonale des Fous.
