Howdy folks!  For this episode we have JD and Mrs JD doing their 5 miles as part of a two person relay for the Baltimore 10 Miler.  Of course, like most races this was changed to a virtual.  Rather than run separate 5 mile segments, JD and Mrs JD decided to walk their five miles together.  Enjoy the conversation!
