Well after 10 years it's time to hang up my podcaster's hat (mostly).  There are several reasons for that and hopefully they were properly explained in this episode.  Before you go and listen though I just wanted to thank you for listening to both this episode and any previous episodes.  It was appreciated!

Howdy folks!  JD and Anthony headed out to the York Heritage Rail Trail for a 12 miler on a steamy late August Saturday morning.  While they were out they saw the set up for the a local 10 miler, managed to be in the race for part of their run and then something jumped up and bit JD.  Ouch!  Enjoy!

Well we're back after little over a month.  We meant to record earlier but the weather here has prevented good recording audio.  Today saw JD and Anthony out for a 10 mile run and the usual banter.  Enjoy!
