Howdy folks!  JD and Anthony headed out to the York Heritage Rail Trail for a 12 miler on a steamy late August Saturday morning.  While they were out they saw the set up for the a local 10 miler, managed to be in the race for part of their run and then something jumped up and bit JD.  Ouch!  Enjoy!
