Howdy folks!  Well this is without a doubt the shortest show we've ever put out.  But it's a fun show!  JD, Anthony and the formerly Amazing Duane just finished an in-person race!  Huzzah!  It was great to get and run amongst strangers!  Under non-Covid conditions this is a much busier event but it was still a joy to participate in!  One step closer to actual normal rather than this "new normal" BS.  And for extra fun, Duane broke out into Olde English!  So enjoy and fare thee well!

Howdy folks!  We had a short hiatus but we managed to get together for a run today.  It was a gorgeous day in south central PA today!  It showed in our run that we haven't been together for a few weeks.  We came up with 4 possible titles for this show in the first 6 miles!  You can decide if we chose the right one!  Enjoy!

Howdy folks!  Well we have a special treat this episode!  For only his third appearance our buddy Duane came along for the run.  And for the third time in a row Duane gave this episode it's name within the first minute of recording.  Amazing consistency!  This was another hour prediction run but it did not feel like and hour.  Great company will do that!  Enjoy!

Howdy folks!  This week we are doing an hour prediction run.  Basically you run 30 min in one direction and then another 30 min back.  If you arrived at the start in one hour your pace was consistent.  If you're late you slowed down at the end.  If you finish early, you started too fast.  Proud to say we finished only 12 seconds early.  Of course when you run quickly it makes it a bit difficult to maintain a "running" conversation.  That's where the sound effects come in!  Enjoy!
