This podcast had me thinking about walking on hot coals from the beginning. Today Tammy and I share the growth mindset on starting a business from scratch after having had our children experience a major trauma. Tammy left her engineering career after she had found her son face down in a backyard swimming pool to start the journey of inflatable rashies.

We swap stories on building a start up that’s whole premise was built from having had our children experience trauma and there be no clear solution to solve it (my journey with Buckle Bandage and hers with Inflatable Rashies).

From there Tammy and her partner have built businesses, mentored and engaged in many of Tony Robbins experiences in order to take business growth to the next level. We share her experience with Tony Robbins and now qualifying as a master trainer also.
