What we focus on is an important part of how we feel every day. Learning to focus on the possibilities of things working out and taking our attention away from problems can make us feel better.
We will never have a problem-free life. That's not the goal. The goal is to simply learn to be okay even when there are problems happening around us. We don't have to pay attention to the problems in our lives all day every day. It drains us, makes us feel like crap, and doesn't actually solve anything.
