Several Dordt runners qualified for nationals indoors and for the marathon outdoors at a half marathon qualifying event in Fremont, Neb. A former Mid-Prairie star fared well for Liberty in a 5,000 at home while an Iowan running for Northwest Missouri State landed a provisional qualifying effort for nationals while two Grand View runners did make the field for NAIA indoor nationals. At Clash Daytona, former Storm Lake resident Matt Hanson finished fourth in his comeback race from knee surgery. Two former Iowan residents also fared well at the CIM event in Sacramento.
