This podcast had me dreaming of hyaluronic acid from the get go! Today Marnina joins me to chat all this dermal therapy, switching from face to face consultations to an online platform during Covid all whilst having a baby in tow!
Marnina, a graduate in dermal sciences with post-graduate qualifications in micropigmentation and skin cancer discuss how a service based industry can be challenging when presented with pandemics like Covid. Marnina launched her first online business, Dermhealth.co, a social enterprise platform dedicated to educate others on chronic skin conditions. It provided her with tools and lessons when building an online business with minimal income as it was built to empower others rather than profit driven.
Like many, including myself Marnina felt the burn out of having a young family, pivoting through COVID and making ends meet. The next step was to help other businesses transition online, helping them and her new business Digital Health Co make profit in unprecedented times. With the desire to help not only clients but the salons that look after them, she launched Digital Health Co
Marnina and I discuss the BIG topics in entrepreneurship, dealing with Imposter Syndrome, the need for a resilient work ethic and that getting what you want generally takes sacrifices in the short term.
This podcast is for anyone in the health space looking to transition online or who do suffer from Imposter Syndrome..
