Summary: In today’s episode, we’ll be talking about circadian rhythms and mental health and the importance of getting the amount of sleep you need to function, nourishment from food, and energy from the sun. As always, I’ll start by sharing a story, then we’ll discuss my personal experience with how sleeping in affects my mental health, getting stuck in a funk cycle and pulling myself out of it, and how our hormonal and biological patterns can influence our abilities to adopt behavior change.
