Seriously?

What does that even mean? Listen to your body?

Like, literally listen?

Well, maybe if you’re in your later years and your joints sound like someone crumpling bubble wrap, listening might indeed be a useful clue.

But for the most part, it’s hard to figure out what “listen to your body” involves.
