It's been months but the Two Men on the Run are back (and hoping to keep to some level of release schedule).

Jon-Jo has been building epic fitness, Matt's now a dad but training just as hard, and the Two Men on the Run have battled it out in fairly herculean fashion (they're not modest at all) at the Steve Prescott GPW St. Helens 10km.
