This podcast had me thirsty for a beer or two from the first mention of a brewery.

Michael Kolodin had been deep in the finance game, both as a certified trainer and owner of The Collection Training Institute which was represented in the US, Mexico and India before making the switch to beverages in 2017.

Michael was approached by his now business partner, Sandeep in India to see if they could form an alliance that would set up a one stop shop, a total end to end brewery  that would provide a solution for every aspect of the brewery industry. The Total Beverage Company was born!

Michael and I discuss embarking on the journey of a cross- cultural partnership and entering an industry that was hugely diverse to that he was used to. We chat how they have ensured all global tastes are looked after when brewing beers and hard seltzers, and how investment was crucial to their rapid growth.
