As principal of Thrive Development Partners, LLC, Peggy works with high performing organizations to cultivate authentic, sustainable leaders and teams.

She has worked with hundreds of leaders from Fortune 100 global organizations to non-profit agencies to privately held small businesses in developing their personal brand and presence, leadership and influence, organizational savvy, and networking and presentation skills. 

Peggy is affiliated with Rollins College as a leadership and career coach serving the Crummer Graduate School of Business, and with WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. serving as a subject matter expert and leading programs for high potential women in business. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at Rollins College and the University of Central Florida.

Peggy earned her Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Organizational Behavior & Management from the University of Houston.
