It doesn't matter what IT is, why do it if you know it's wrong? Why take the chance or risk to cause further issues in your own life by making the wrong choices and decisions, when you know it's wrong? Never fixate on thoughts that you know are wrong, because the more you give power to thoughts they can control and consume your life, until you succumb!
