You must be able to stand on your own and you can do it with Jesus! Your friends, family, and others will quickly stop checking on you, but don't let that discourage you in any way! It's not that they don't care, but people just don't have time because they're too caught up in their own lives. It's okay! Look to the hills whence cometh your help, not to man or woman!
