Chasing your tail means you are going around in a circle and not moving forward. This is pointless, exhausting, confusing, causes stagnation and stress. Looking into what’s in your circle causing you to stay stuck there; is it fear, pressure on yourself, you don’t feel like you are enough, you chase external things to fill your needs and all this prevents you from moving out of your circle towards what’s important to you.
