In this episode I sat down with comedian Dara Jemmott to talk about the death of her mother nearly 8 years ago to ALS. We talk about moms, dads, putting the "FUN" in funeral, as well as how long it takes to really accept the realities. We touch on aspects of grief that inform  how important it is to understand the length of the journey we are on, and about how family dynamics impact who ends up becoming a caregiver without much choice.
