Society uses comfort to control us. Many people are in the trap of chasing this temporary feeling and are unaware. Life is guaranteed to be hard but we get the blessing to choose our hard. Showing up for yourself will always be worth it in the end but you have to do the work in order to reap the benefits of delayed gratification. You are capable of more and your life could be much better than where it is right now but it won’t be free to get there.
