I don’t know where I would be without the gym. It all started with having an eating disorder and being told discipline was a bad thing. So I did the opposite of what they told me which got me in the gym. It has taught me discipline, delayed gratification, consistency, never being satisfied and being hard on myself. These skills overflowed to other areas of my life which led me to the best season of life I have ever lived.
