Do you ever wish you could push rewind on your life and make a different choice? Yeah, me too. Unfortunately life doesn't work that way. We don't have a magic rewind button, but we do have the ability to push pause if we need it.

A theme for me this year has been learning to embrace uncertainty in life. To come to expect and accept that things will happen that are out of my control, but what I can control is how I respond and move forward from those situations. We all have the power to push pause, to reset ourselves, and to choose what we are taking from every single experience in life.
