People talk about being vulnerable, however they still maintain a "walls up" attitude when it comes to opening up. This does not work! It is a direct conflict and we get it, it's hard! It's a risk! You taking a chance on being hurt, again. The problem is, that's life and love. You can't move forward and find your forever person without being vulnerable, open and honest....to everything!
