Lyle Workman is a guitarist, composer, producer and session musician. Lyle talks about working with Todd Rundgren, Beck, Sting, Frank Black, composing music for Judd Apatow films, working with drummers like Toss Panos, Matt Laug, Vinnie, Josh Freese, as well as working on the Superbad soundtrack with Clyde Stubblefield, Jabo Starks, Bootsy Collins and Bernie Worrell.
