The ladies are back with special guest Ash B (Pop) from the 'Slang N Serve' Podcast. In this episode we are asking 'Why Therapy?'--talking Black Girls and the decision to choose therapy. We touch on the reasons that some including some of our panel chose therapy and the journey that has done for them and a short list information on your expectations in a therapist and even if it something that you would like to explore. The ladies drop some gems on making the decision to choose an outside advisor, which can be troublesome for some because of vulnerability. Having to speaking on things such as repressed anger, healing journeys, and relationships of all sorts for both black men and women. We also make mention of alternative therapies, social groups to look into that can also be a form a therapy-- know that you are not alone in what your are feeling and that its ok to not be ok. Of course there are a alot of laughs along with truths to help you in the right direction
