Lisa Baril is a communications & change management professional & coach, and experienced facilitator/trainer with over 25 years of working in several sectors including: energy, member/industry association, regulatory, not-for-profit, academic, manufacturing, municipal government, and transportation & utilities. She is also an internationally recognized, professional facilitator who understands the collective power and wisdom of individuals brought together for a common purpose. Results-driven, strategic thinking and pragmatic, she knows how to scale and how to customize broad methodologies to fit real-world challenges in organizations of all sizes. She also believes in supporting & leveraging existing internal capacity and capability wherever possible. Through collaboration and consultation, Lisa is able to understand key areas of importance to a variety of stakeholders. She quickly establishes trust and is effective at gaining engagement and commitment to successfully implement change.
