o  This is where all or most negotiations start. 

o  Unbelief is the friction that keeps persuasion in check 

How not to get paid:

·      The critical importance of self-control: If you can’t control your emotions, how can you influence the emotions of another party?

·      Calibrated open ended questions take the aggression out of a confrontational statement.
