We have not recorded a pod in TOO LONG! In this episode, we talk about what we have been up to in the last two months since recording with Kat for episode 6. We also talk about how holidays are exciting, but can be triggering, too! We talk about what “maintaining good habits” means to us, while discussing how us 20-somethings often put a lot of pressure on the holidays (and ourselves) to be perfect! It is okay for days to be more about experiences with your friends and family during this time of year. Consistency throughout the rest of the year is what is key!!!
