On today's episode we are joined by the amazing Erin Elliot. Erin currently works in Royal London as a senior BA but she has quite a varied career journey to date. Erin has worked in Salesforce and different consultancies before moving to Royal London as a BA. Over the span of her career, she has spent time exploring different career paths to really understand what she wants to do. In this episode, we will be exploring the benefits this has brought to her career, how Erin was able to make decisions about "what role next" as well as any challenges.
