In episode 7 Haley and Mandy rate the Fitness Magic of Thrive Functional Fitness.  Thrive is a cool boutique gym housed in an former car repair shop - hence the garage door ranking system.

Haley gives us some shopping "advice" while Mandy encourages us all to get outside.   Finally, we update you on our #corechallenge progress.
