When things don't go as planned, what do we do? Being an athlete, unfortunately, injuries are inevitable. In addition to the constant physical pain that we endure, our mental health can also take a toll. Common reactions include the initial "freak out", anxiety, over-thinking, self-doubt, etc... But how can we adapt to unforeseen circumstances, how do we move forward, and how can we advocate for ourselves?
