Welcome back to the Fresh Focused Wellness Podcast, I’m Crystal and I will be your host this week and every week here on the podcast. This week we were going to have a guest, but life happens and we had to move that episode to next week, so this week we are going to be talking about dieting and diet culture.  Because I am in the fitness industry, I know I get asked a lot about what diet is the best. Or people will ask me what they should and should not eat, or “hey I am eating xy and z and I am still not seeing the results” or my sister told me I should do keto because I can lose a lot of weight doing keto and the list goes on and on. To be honest there is not one perfect diet out there for every person. What may work for me may not be the best for you or the next person, so finding something that works for you is the best way to go about things. There are various ways you can do that too and we will get into that today.
