Let’s be real having to look at yourself in the mirror and being honest about what you see isn’t an easy thing to do. Especially when you realise or have to accept the part you may have played.

Looking in the mirror requires you to be honest about what you see. Not only that but, you have to be brave enough to accept and acknowledge what you see and that’s not the end, you have to be bold enough to put in the work to making the necessary changes.
