Quote:

"Once I started talking about imposter syndrome, it made things a lot better."

"The biggest piece of imposter syndrome is feeling that you are a fraud and that you were going to be found out."

"Part of me healing from imposter syndrome is patting myself on the back."

"It's okay to be proud of what I do and it doesn't mean I'm conceited."

"There are so many things that I'm not great and that I don't know a lot about, but I've learned to like lean on people that are around me that are great at that."

"Not only do I have to stop and say that was a success and I'm really proud of myself, I also need to say that was really rough and this is what I learned from it."

"I started thinking about the things that I went through that were big challenges, because then that made me feel like I was worthy of where I was."

"I don't think that anybody should tell anybody if they should stay home or not stay home. Everybody's circumstances are so incredibly different."
