On today's episode we speak to Rhys Uhlich - the winner of Make Me A Supermodel (2008). Since then he has continued his modelling and fashion career and he has also worked in television. However, the reason why we wanted to speak to Rhys was due to his passion for mental health advocacy, particularly in the space of mens mental health.

We also discuss his new business venture 'Island Healing' located in Phillip Island.
