Kyla and Emilia meet people all the time who want to change their behaviours and think that purely being "motivated" is the key, the thing is it's not. The inspiration for this topic came up as Kyla is currently studying Health Science in Clinical Nutrition and the subject of why some change habits faster and more effectively than others was discussed in her lectures this week.
