In any business, being GREAT at something that is expected is NOT good enough.   A dentist is supposed to be great at dealing with your teeth, A podiatrist is supposed to be great at dealing with your feet, A Chiropractor is no different… they are supposed to be great adjusters.   Being a great adjuster is a minimum requirement but is not the difference-maker in your practice.   If you want to stand out, have raving fans and have a practice filled with REFERRALS…   You will need to do more.   In this episode, I am at Taronga Zoo in Sydney and demonstrate how you can STAND OUT in business.   #LaurenceTham #YourChiroCoach #DriveYourPractice
